Image
Hello, today I will give you a dessert recipe for your winter months. This dessert is known as Sakarya's favorite dessert for its pumpkin production. And you know, I am from Sakarya, and I am in love with pumpkin dessert. Let's make it. Firstly, you need to pick a good pumpkin from market, maybe from your garden. You peel the cover of pumpkin and largely dice them. After you wash it, put them to pan and add sugar on top. Wait for a while and cook them in the oven. Don't close the cover, or it will run over. Cook until it softens, and rest for cooling. Before resting, if it has watered more, you can put it into oven. According to your taste, you can serve with cream, walnut or sesame paste. You can also set apart its seeds, and after it dries, you can eat them. It is an addictive activity, so be careful. Here are the ingredients for six people recipe.
