ɛʤəˈkeɪʃən ˈsɪstəm | A short story about my incomprehension

I don't understand why there are perfect tenses in English. I mean, they are so unnecessary for me. I will just use them to pass language exams. What about the future perfect tenses? Even the native speakers don't use it unless they don't mail a letter to President. I don't understand our country's education system, too. If this knowledge won't be useful in our future lives, then why we are learning them and sitting for exams.

Just a simple example, we take several exams after we graduate. They are called YKS all in. It includes two different and difficult tests; Basic Proficiency Test(TYT) for 9th and 10th grade knowledge, and Field Proficiency Test(AYT) for 11th and 12th grade. We select a field according to our future job predictions in the 10th grade's 2nd term. They are math and science, literature, liberal arts and literature, and foreign language. Unless you think why that Turkish girl is writing blogs in English, you can understand that I have selected foreign language field for mine. Coming back to the subject, then we separate into classes in 11th grade, but in the school system, nothing about the field is can be seen. The only thing is written next to the class name is just "No Field". After getting lessons, learning subjects, revising again, and the exam week comes!

While you are applying your information to the exam system, you see something. What is that?

-Select Your Field.

Bye Bye🤡
