Nearly 80 years later after presenting of white chocolate, it is presented by the world-famous cacao and chocolate producer company Barry Callebaut in 2017. Ruby chocolate takes its pink color from nature. It doesn't have any colorants and tastes like raspberry and blueberry. The ruby cacao seeds give them their pink color.
